Essential Educational Qualifications	Certificate/Diploma in Library Science /Library & Information Sciences. OR Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field having 55% marks from a recognised University.
Essential Work Experience	Minimum of 3 years’ experience (post Diploma or Bachelor’s degree) in relevant fields of administration.
Other Desirable Qualifications/Knowledge	Working knowledge of computer applications (MS Office). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
