Dr Nabi Hasan to be conferred with Bonnie Hilditch International Librarian Award

Aligarh, March 10: Dr Nabi Hasan (Librarian, Maulana Azad Library, Aligarh Muslim University ? AMU) will be conferred on the prestigious ?Bonnie Hilditch International Librarian Award of Special Libraries Association (SLA) 2018?, USA.

Dr Hasan will receive the award during the 2018 SLA Annual Conference in Baltimore, Maryland scheduled to take place from June 9 to 13, 2018. Dr Hasan will also receive US $3000.

One of the most reputed awards for librarians, the Bonnie Hilditch International Librarian Award, is sponsored by the Science-Technology and Engineering Divisions of SLA and it is given annually to a librarian from countries other than United States and Canada. Dr Hasan has been selected for his invaluable contribution to his profession.
