University Library, Tamil Nadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University, Madhavaram Milk Colony, Chennai - 600 051 for engagement of a Senior Research Fellow (Computer Science) on contractual basis, to work for the project entitled “National Knowledge Management Centre for Agriculture Education and Research”. under National Agriculture Higher Education Project (NAHEP).

Emoluments                      Rs.31,000/- plus HRA

Age limit                             35 years (age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST & Women and three years for OBC candidates)

Qualifications     

Essential

• SRF (Computer Science) M.Tech / M.E. in Computer Science / MCA / M.Sc. in Computer Science on regular basis from a recognized University. Evidence of at least two year experience in IT/Computer Applications with Koha Integrated Library Management System

Desirable    

• Experience in DSpace, digitization and content management of library system. 
• Experience in designing, developing, supporting, securing and maintaining the project web site/portal, developing software and use of computers for information Management especially Database Management and net based applications.
• Experience in reports preparation and other documents preparation
