Applications are invited on prescribed proforma from Indian Citizen for the post of Chief Librarian on a contract basis for initially three months and extendable up to a further three months. There is no extension of contractual appointment after six months at any circumstances.

Remuneration

Rs. 1,23100/- (One Lakh Twenty Three Thousand One Hundred only) per month. No other benefit as like regular/deputation appointments will be admissible.

Qualification & Experience:

Officers under the Central /State/U.T. Govt./Universities/Statutory/ Autonomous Bodies /PSUS or Research & Development Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis or with at least 5/8 years of regular service in the posts in the scale of PB-2 9300-34800 + GP5400 (Rs.53100/- 7^th Pay) or PB-2 9300-34800 + GP 4200 (Rs.35400/- 7^th Pay) respectively or equivalent possessing the following qualifications and experience:-

• Master degree in Science (M.Sc.)
• B. Lib. Science
• 07 years of working experience in a reputed Medical Library.

Period of Contract:- Initially for three months and extendable up to a further three months.
